A change in career saw Suzanne graduate from Reading University ( College of Estate Management ) in 2002 and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2004.
Much Suzanne's training has been completed whilst working for Aitchison Raffety. From March 2000 until July 2001 she was based in the agency department at the Watford Office (retail, office and industrial) and from April 2002 in the healthcare division working alongside John Hearle .
Suzanne's current role with Aitchison Raffety includes Valuation, Landlord and Tenant (to include Rent Review and CMR negotiations) and development work for Doctors' surgeries across the country. She also undertakes work in all D1 sectors, particularly dental and including vet practices. She is based in Hampshire and covers the counties along the south coast.
Suzanne is also a part-time tutor at the College of Estate Management in Reading on the Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying, tutoring the Landlord and Tenant module. |
