Nicole has been with Aitchison Raffety for five years and has recently changed career path in order to qualify as chartered surveyor. She is currently studying for a Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management and hopes to become a full Member of the RICS in 2010.

Nicole works with Philip Waite on specialist valuations including healthcare valuations as well as rent reviews and other professional services.
