If owning the property from which your Practice operate you will be benefitting from rent reimbursement in accordance with NHS (GMS-Premises Cost)(England) Directions 2004 or equivalent. This rent reimbursement is generally reviewed on a three year cycle and at review provides an opportunity to make representations to ensure that the return for your premises is being maximised and reflects market values.
