Aitchison Raffety undertake over 60 rent reviews for our clients every year. We are presently upgrading our data systems, which now enable us to analyse increases we are achieving at rent review. These figures may vary as we add to our data. The results are based on an average of 20-30 reviews being undertaken each year. The results for 2009 are incomplete and based on a smaller number of reviews, and we will update our results as the reviews are completed
